Pool facilities were excellent for the children. The dining facilities were also very good and had plenty of space and variety at breakfast. The buffet style breakfast has plenty of options, all food was fresh and very tasty. The size of the family room was good, there was plenty of space for luggage. Visually, from the outside, the hotel is lovely. Everything is mapped well and staff were very friendly and helpful when required. There was plenty of parking on site and all charges were fully explained on the website and at the hotel. Location is prime also, you are no where near the noise and nightlife of Blackpool, it was very quiet at night. There is a tram station right outside the hotel which is a good option for leaving the car in the car park. The sea view was incredible and we got an amazing sunset in the evening. This hotel is a gem. I came from the US for a conference and was so happy with the facility. My room was roomy and spotless. A big white duvet and big pillows. There is a desk, wardrobe, and a large bath. The tub is deep enough to swim in!! I did not understand how to use the radiator, they were super fast and efficient in solving my dilemma. Meals were delicious, for the conference there were three choices of meat, salads, fruit, and desserts. Able to manage several hundred people move thru effortlessly. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, and a full bar. The lobby was inviting and I used it all weekend to interact with others. Oh, and affordable!! And on a tram line, so that I was easily riding up and down the line to sight see and shop. I hope I have the chance to return.

Our room with a sea view was spacious, lovely and clean. Staff experienced and efficient on check in. Feels safe with lots of security around in the evening time. We really enjoyed the swimming, steam room annd sauna. Being so close to the sea front and the corridors and walkways inside norbeck was ideal for my sister who has mobility issues, loved her walk without the fear of getting banged into inside norbeck and along the sea front. Which has fantastic bike lanes and separate walking area with lots of benches for little breaks. Area for children and even a little cinema which is really nice addition for free films.

I've stayed here many times before .the room was clean and warm and had tea making facilities and a hair dryer towels ect .the bath shower was great with shower gel hair wash . The TV was great and the bed was comfy .there was wi-fi in my room . I was a solo traveler and I had a double bed at no extra charge ( bonus). I used the leisure facilities for £2 a session or £5 a week . I did not have a meal plan at this stay .there's a snack bar during the day anyway and this worked for me . The car parking was free ( log reg in at desk) The lift was great to my floor .

This hotel gets so many bad reviews. I've just spent Christmas with my family here and everything has been fine. The only downside is the entertainment would be nice to have a something different than just singing for example a comedy act or drag act. Other than that not a issue. The food was great and plenty to choose from, Christmas Dinner was great and the Christmas buffet was so good.
